These terms apply to your use of honeylife.ca (the "Site"), which is operated by Honey Life Integrative Health Inc., doing business as Honey Life ("Honey Life", "we", "us"), 301 – 20055 Willowbrook Drive, Langley, BC V2Y 2T5. By using the Site, you agree to these terms.

1. Information only, not medical advice

The Site provides general information about naturopathic medicine and our clinic. It is not medical advice and does not create a doctor–patient relationship. That relationship begins only when you attend an appointment. See our Disclaimer.

2. Booking and fees

Online booking is provided through Jane App and is also subject to Jane's terms. Appointments, including virtual appointments, are subject to our Cancellation & Return Policy.

Fees shown on the Site are current as of posting and may change. The fee confirmed at booking applies.

3. Acceptable use

Please do not misuse the Site. For example, do not try to disrupt it, gain unauthorized access to it, or use it for anything unlawful.

4. Our content

The text, images, logos and other content on the Site belong to Honey Life or are used with permission. You may view and share it for personal, non-commercial purposes. Do not copy or reuse it otherwise without our written permission.

5. Links to other websites

The Site links to websites we do not control, such as our booking system and social media. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

6. Limitation of liability

The Site is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Honey Life is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the Site or your reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.
